Tom Dodd

Tom Dodd has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom currently serves as the Head of Primary Care at Evergreen Life since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Red Hen Ltd, a management consultancy specializing in improvement and change management, since September 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Board Member and Company Secretary at Abbeyfield Scotland Ltd, a provider of quality accommodation for older people, since September 2021. Tom also has experience as a Director and Founder of Fostering Gateway from May 2014 to April 2016. Following this, they pursued further studies at The University of Sheffield from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology.
