Caroline Jones

Caroline is a resident Talent Analyst. She focuses on cultivating world class talent for their Operating Companies as well as building out the spectacular team at Evergreen Services Group. Caroline has a passion for chatting, and meeting all types of people. She strives to understand what drives people, finding them the perfect place within the Evergreen family.

Prior to joining Evergreen, she worked in Medical Device Sales for Stryker. Caroline graduated with a Biology degree, completing a Pre-Health track from University of Colorado Boulder.
