Donavan Lam

Donavan Lam, CPA has extensive work experience in financial management and leadership roles. Donavan has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at various organizations, including Evergreen Treatment Services, YouthCare Seattle, Lifelong, and NAPCA - National Asian Pacific Center on Aging. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with government contracts, and providing strategic direction. Donavan has also held roles as a Controller, Budget Analyst, and Program Manager, showcasing their diverse skill set and ability to handle different financial responsibilities. Donavan began their career as a Chemist I at Lumera Corporation, where they gained experience in data inputting, chemical product identification, and inventory management. Donavan Lam, CPA obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Seattle University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Donavan holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which was obtained in May 2013 from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
