Cindy Shu

Cindy Shu, PharmD, BCPS, is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as an Epic Willow Pharmacist and Clinical Informatics Pharmacist at EvergreenHealth since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cindy completed a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency and a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UW Health from June 2019 to July 2021. Cindy gained additional experience as a Pharmacist Intern at Epic and held various pharmacy intern positions at The University of Toledo, RITE AID, and Cleveland Clinic. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from The University of Toledo, with earlier academic pursuits at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
