Adam Farrell

Adam Farrell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering within the power generation sector. Since June 2018, Adam has served as the Manager of Civil/Structural Engineering at Evergy, overseeing a team that designs and constructs projects for various energy generation sources. Prior to this role, Adam was a Principal Engineer at Kansas City Power & Light, managing civil and structural projects for coal and gas plants. Previous positions include structural engineering roles at Black & Veatch, Needham & Associates, and Burns & McDonnell, where responsibilities ranged from design and project management to coordination of complex engineering tasks. Adam holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
