Kevin Bryant

Kevin Bryant is currently the EVP & COO at Evergy, a position they have held since September 2015. Prior to that, they were the President of KLT Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Plains Energy that manages the Company's non-regulated business ventures. Kevin has also held the position of Vice President, Energy Solutions at Kansas City Power & Light, where they were responsible for the design, development, and implementation of regulated/non-regulated energy efficiency, renewable energy, ecommerce and reliability products and services for the top 200 commercial, industrial and residential customers. Kevin has also been a key member of team managing asset allocation, diversification, fund evaluation, and benefits recommendations for the $700+ million management pension, 401k and benefits. Kevin has spearheaded strategy, thought leadership, development and activities to advance and pass state legislation enabling electric utility investment in energy efficiency in 2009. Kevin also led a cross-functional group of 100 employees to develop the beliefs, mission, parameters and higher purpose of the company resulting in a set of Guiding Principles in 2010.

Kevin Bryant has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSBA from University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Kevin has a degree in finance and marketing from Stanford and a degree in finance and real estate from Missouri.

Kevin Bryant reports to David A. Campbell, President, Chief Executive Officer & Board Member. They work with Kirk Andrews - EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Chuck Caisley - SVP Marketing, Public Affairs & Chief Customer Officer, and Lesley Elwell - SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer.
