With a background in education from University of the Philippines Diliman and Ateneo de Manila University, Carlo Rey has been instrumental in building leadership and talent pools across multiple industries and geographies. Currently serving as the VP for Training, Leadership Development, and Instructional Design at Everise, Carlo Rey oversees training initiatives globally and leads teams focused on leadership development.
