Don Ozment

Don Ozment is an experienced professional in client services and management within the healthcare and IT industries. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager at Everise since October 2020, Don manages client relationships and advocates for healthcare clients, enhancing market share through strategic initiatives and project management. Previously, Don held various positions, including Client Services Manager at Diagraph, where leadership of a team of 18 focused on customer experience, and roles at STARTEK and ACCENT Marketing, emphasizing performance analysis and operational improvements.
