Greg Holmberg has over 20 years of experience in omni-channel customer service and has worked for various companies in different industries. Greg started their career at Winmark Corporation as a District Manager, responsible for franchising global strategy and operations. Greg then joined Waldoch Crafts and Custom Centers, Inc. as a Procurement & Retail Operations Manager, where they implemented new procurement strategies and increased margins. Greg then worked at Best Buy Company, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Global Sourcing, Vendor & Workforce Management. Greg managed the outsourced contact center network and led vendor management and workforce management functions. After that, they joined Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) and Alorica as a Director of Client Solutions, specializing in business relationship building and optimizing customer experience in an omni-channel environment. Most recently, they worked at Infinite Green as the Chief Improver - Client Engagement Lead, assisting clients in defining their customer support strategy and improving operational efficiency. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at Everise.
