Leonard “Lenny” M. Padron is Senior Vice President, Client Services at Everise, and he provides client relations, strategy, and solution support for several large healthcare clients in the Everise portfolio. Lenny works with his team to develop strategies to drive organic growth across client relationships. For the last three years, Lenny was also responsible for leading double-digit sales growth through expansion in the onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, creating two of the largest healthcare accounts in the Everise portfolio.
Lenny has over 25 years of contact center experience in various senior-level leadership positions, both on the captive and vendor sides of the business. Prior to joining Everise, Lenny spent 9 years working in the financial services contact center sector, primarily focused on Customer Service and Risk Management. He worked with Intuit for 8 years, leading their contact center teams in supporting Quicken, Turbo Tax, and QuickBooks, where he was responsible for telesales, customer service, and vendor management, with annual direct sales revenue of $180M. Within the last 15 years of Lenny’s career, he has worked for a handful of BPO partners (ICT Group, Accent Marketing, and Startek) across several different leadership positions concentrated mainly in operations and client management.
