David Dirkhising has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 with Teleperformance, USA as a Trainer. In this role, they were responsible for training and conducting classes of 20 on the standards and processes needed to support the role within the organization. David was also responsible for providing feedback to Senior Leadership on the success of agents within the class to determine if they were within the profile fit of the organization. In 2011, they moved to Alliance Data as a Supervisor. In 2015, they joined HKT Teleservices (formerly PCCW Teleservices) as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring proper planning, staffing, and direction of the operational functions for HKT's Airbnb project. David was also responsible for reviewing all Operations performance daily to ensure optimal production was reached, supporting Business Development Initiatives, and meeting targets on overall business level. Finally, in 2021, they joined Fortuity as a Customer Experience Manager.

David Dirkhising attended Northern Kentucky University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned Some College in the field of Education. In July 2018, they obtained a COPC Implementation Leader certification from COPC Inc.
