Ranjani Kumaraveloo

Ranjani Kumaraveloo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources. Ranjani is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Everise since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Everise from May 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Everise, Ranjani held positions at DKSH, where they worked for a total of eight years. Ranjani served as the Director of Global HR Business Partner from September 2016 to April 2020 and as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations & Human Resources Business Partnering from November 2012 to August 2016.

Ranjani also gained valuable experience at Courts Asia, where they worked as the Human Resource Manager for Compensation & Benefits from January 2010 to December 2011. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager for Industrial & Employee Relations at DKSH from 2009 to 2010.

Prior to their roles at DKSH and Courts Asia, Ranjani worked as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Antalis from May 2006 to April 2009. Ranjani also served as an Executive for Industrial Relations & Human Resource Planning at Integrated Logistics Berhad from August 2003 to August 2005.

To start their career, Ranjani held the position of Executive for Human Resource at PrimaDeli Franchise (M) from May 2001 to July 2003.

Ranjani Kumaraveloo attended Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1998 to 2001, earning a B.Sc (Hons) in Human Development, with a major in Resource Management.
