Jodie Sweitzer

Jodie Sweitzer is the Chief of Staff at Everlaw. Jodie was previously the Chief of Staff at Code for America from June 2018 to June 2019.

Jodie was selected as one of the 2018-2019 Leadership Fellows at The Harvard Business School, a 1-year opportunity for 18 graduates to experience high-impact management positions in nonprofit and public sector organizations.

At Code for America, Jodie analyzed data from over 500 similar organizations to understand models for sustainable growth and provide recommendations for Code for America’s fundraising and growth plan. Jodie also developed new processes and workflows to promote collaboration and transparency between senior leadership and product, marketing, operations, program, and finance teams. In addition, they implemented a plan to improve profitability for our annual conference: analyzing pricing, executing marketing campaigns and outreach to drive sales, and managing sponsor relations.

Jodie Sweitzer earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School.
