Raz Yosef

Raz Yosef has a diverse work experience in the field of data science. Currently, Raz holds the position of Head of Data Science at Evermile, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Raz worked as the Lead Data Scientist at Evermile from April 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Evermile, Raz gained valuable experience at ThetaRay, where they held multiple roles. They started as a Data Scientist in October 2018 and worked until June 2020. During this time, their responsibilities included researching and building anti-money laundering solutions, collaborating with top financial institutions, engineering new features, and utilizing PySpark and Python for data wrangling and analysis. Raz then progressed to the position of Senior Data Scientist at ThetaRay from June 2020 to September 2020. Finally, they served as the Data Science Team Leader at ThetaRay from September 2020 to March 2022.

Prior to their work at ThetaRay, Raz worked at IDF as a GIS Researcher & Analyst from December 2012 to December 2017.

Raz Yosef pursued their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business & Data Management from Tel Aviv University, during the period of 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University between 2009 and 2012.
