Suzanne Malmloff-Pawula

Suzanne Malmloff-Pawula is an experienced leader in customer operations with a proven track record spanning two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at EverPass Media since July 2024, Suzanne previously held the same title at UPshow from September 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing customer fulfillment, support processes, and enterprise rollouts. Prior to that, Suzanne spent over 14 years at StubHub, ultimately as Sr. Manager of Fulfillment Strategy and Operations, overseeing global mobile ticket fulfillment and logistics. Earlier roles at StubHub involved managing high-priority initiatives and field operations improvements, while Suzanne's career began in international admissions at Career Education Corporation. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer and Textile Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and furthered education at Northwestern University.
