Hitesh Batra

Hitesh Batra has a strong background in recruitment and staffing. Hitesh worked as the Vice President Recruiting at Mejenta Systems, Inc. from February 2019 onwards. In this role, they managed and developed a team of tech recruiters, implemented best practices in recruitment, and strategized talent sourcing for future staffing needs.

Prior to that, they gained experience in customer services and sales at Intouch Solutions from June 2010 onwards. Hitesh worked as a team leader, responsible for handling operations, customer services, and training agents. Hitesh also resolved queries faced by agents in their process.

Before joining Intouch Solutions, Hitesh worked as a Floor Supervisor at Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd. from January 2007 to June 2010.
