Anne Gasperini DeMarco

Anne Gasperini DeMarco has an extensive work experience in the legal industry. Anne began their career in 2006 as an Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP, where they worked until 2011. Anne then joined Dividend Capital as Corporate Counsel, where they were responsible for corporate and securities matters for two public, non-traded real estate investment trusts and several foreign private equity funds. In 2012, they moved to Perkins Coie LLP as an Attorney, where they counseled public company executive management and boards of directors on a wide range of corporate matters. In 2014, they joined Thompson Creek Metals Company as General Counsel and Secretary, and was later promoted to Chief Legal Officer. In 2017, they became Managing Partner, Cannabis at Molson Coors, where they initiated and led business development strategies to expand the company's beverage portfolio into the North American legal cannabis and cannabidiol (CBD) consumer goods industry. In 2018, they became Co-Founder, Board Member, and Head of Business Strategy and Administration at truss beverage co. In 2021, they joined Quicksilver Scientific as Vice President, Strategy and Legal Affairs, and DeMarco Law, LLC as Principal. Most recently, in 2022, they became Chief Legal Officer at Everscore.

Anne Gasperini DeMarco graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Colorado College in 2001. Anne then attended The University of Texas School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) in 2006, With Honors.
