Isabella Ettmayer

Isabella Ettmayer has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Organizational Development fields since 2008. Isabella began their career as an Intern in Congress Organisation at LD Organisation - Scientific Conference Producers in 2008. Isabella then took a role as Human Resources Assistant and Teamassistenz at the Lomographic Society International. In 2012, they moved to Franke Leuchten as an Assistenz der Geschäftsführung und Websiteerstellung. In 2013, they became an Ordinationsassistenz at Dr. Manfred Riegler (Facharzt der Orthopädie). Isabella then took a Human Resources Intern role at Booking.com in 2014. In 2017, they were an HR Executive at Emarsys. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Reiseschneiderei in roles as Organizational Development Manager, Marketing and Social Media Manager, and Texterin. In 2019, they took the role of Inhaberin at Contemporary Consulting, where they provided HR Beratung, as well as Workshops & Trainings. Finally, in 2021, they became Head of People, then Team Lead People Operations, and then People Operations Specialist at Eversports.

Isabella Ettmayer's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaft from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2012 to 2017, an exchange semester in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2014 to 2015, and a Matura in Kulturtouristik from the Höhere Bundeslehranstalt für Wirtschaft und Tourismus from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Arbeitszeitrecht from BFI Wien in October 2020, Personalverrechnung kompakt from BFI Wien in August 2020, Arbeitsrecht: Krankenstand, Urlaub, Elternschaft from BFI Wien in June 2020, and Gender and Diversity from Integrationswerkstatt in December 2019.
