Sridhar Kadaba

Sridhar Kadaba has extensive work experience in the financial services sector. Sridhar began their career in 1987 as a Principal at Ernst&Young. Sridhar then moved to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in 1999 as a Principal in Financial Services. In 2002, they became a Partner in Financial Services at Unisys Corporation. From 2004 to 2007, they were the Global Practice Director at Parson Consulting, where they were responsible for business development and delivery activities for Parson's global FS clients. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Vice President and Head of Value Added Services at EXLService. During this time, they assisted clients in transforming and optimizing their business processes. From 2009 to 2019, they were a Senior Advisor in Profitability and Cost Management at EY. Sridhar then became the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at EVERSTELL in 2019.

Sridhar Kadaba attended the University of Kentucky from 1973 to 1979, where they earned an MBA and completed coursework for a DBA in Business Administration.
