Ranabir Basu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ranabir began their career as a Customer Service Executive at ADFC Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, from June 2003 to February 2004. Ranabir then worked as a Research Associate for American clients at Integreon, focusing on legal documentation work from June 2004 to January 2005.

Ranabir joined ICICI Bank Ltd. in January 2005 as an Officer in Corporate Banking, primarily involved in tasks such as account opening, closing, and modification, as well as internet banking. Ranabir stayed in this role until March 2005.
