Sarah Tempera

Sarah Tempera is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People and Head of People Operations at Everton Football Club since January 2023. Previously, at Alder Hey Children's Hospital, Sarah held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR leadership to divisions with over 2,000 employees. Prior experience includes HR managerial positions at Wakefield and District Housing, as well as HR roles at Liverpool PCT, NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, and Vertex Data Science. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in International Business from the University of Liverpool and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
