With experience at Aspire Federal Credit Union from 2005 to 2021, ranging from Member Services Representative to Technology & Application Systems Analyst, Erin has honed their expertise in support services and call center management. Currently serving as Director of Digital Support at EverView since July 2021, Erin continues to lead digital support teams to success.
