Harriet A. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Substitute Teacher for Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. In 2002, they became an Assistant Store Manager for Walgreens. From 2005 to 2012, they worked for Mannington Mills, Inc. in various roles, including Creative Marketing Communications - Digital/Print, Public Relations Coordinator, Merchandising Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant. From 2012 to 2020, Harriet A. was a Creative Director (Consultant) for Modern Frock, a women's luxury e-commerce site. In 2020, they held two roles simultaneously as Strategic Digital Marketing Director for both Nucleus Careers and Laborocity. In the same year, they were also a Director of Corporate Communications for LeadingAgile. Harriet furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Delaware between 2012 and 2015. In 2019, Harriet A. obtained a Digital Marketing Strategies for the Digital Economy certification from The Wharton School. Harriet then obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2021.
