David C.

David C. has a solid and diverse work experience in the field of technology and data science. David started their career as a Software Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in 2004 and worked there until 2013. David then joined SAIC as a Chief Software Engineer and Branch Manager from 2012 to 2013, followed by a similar role at Leidos from 2013 to 2016. David then joined Polaris Alpha as a Principal Software Engineer for a year before moving on to Emerson Solutions Group as a Deep Learning Researcher and later as the Principal Owner and Data Scientist. In 2017, they joined EverWatch as the Chief Engineer and Portfolio Lead. David's most recent work experience is as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they teach graduate courses in Data Science since 2023.

David C. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Studies from American University. David also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Strayer University. David pursued higher education at Loyola University Maryland, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from the Sellinger School of Business and Management. David furthered their education at Georgetown University, earning a Graduate Certificate in Data Science. Additionally, David completed two Graduate Certificates from The Johns Hopkins University, one in Computer Science and another in Information Systems Engineering.

Furthermore, David C. has attended Middle Georgia State University, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Data Science.
