THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Are you always online and in tune with the latest social trends?
Every Man Jack is looking for a Social Media Intern to join our Organic Social team! We're seeking someone who’s confident on camera and immersed in the social media landscape, particularly with trends that resonate with Gen Z men. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our brand’s voice by creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, while also spotting and activating real-time trends that align with our brand identity.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you'll work closely with the social media team, content creators, and the broader marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in community engagement, trend analysis, and content strategy.

LOCATION: Mill Valley, CA (In Office)
HOURS: 16-24 hours / Week (Must be available Monday, Tuesday and/or Thursday)
MANAGER: Sr. Associate, Social Media & Community
HOURLY RATE: $18-$20/hour DOE
EXPECTED INTERNSHIP DURATION: 4 month Internship
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube shorts
Manage Instagram story strategy
Work with ambassador and influencer team to procure content for organic social use
Schedule content on Sprout social
Identify trends that suit Every Man Jack’s brand identity and activating on them in real time
Monitor and engage with our community on our channels
Assist with pulling monthly reports and recaps
CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
Passion for social media, engaging with online communities, and content creation.
Experience with all major social media platforms and photo/video editing software/Apps.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to embody the brand’s voice
You’re plugged into the latest social trends and able to turn them into creative content concepts that are relevant to Gen Z male and our brand.
Possess a strong understanding of the Gen Z male customer mindset, you have empathy and a dedication to great customer experiences
Success with both planned and, in the moment, reactive content creation and distribution.
Proficient at capturing high-quality content with a cell phone camera.
Demonstrated strength in strategic and creative thinking with a consumer lens.
Comfortable managing multiple projects with excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities
Energetic, positive attitude with an outgoing personality that connects with audiences.
Passion for an active-outdoor lifestyle, sustainability, and men’s care products
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this social media intern position is a creative, tech-savvy individual who is deeply passionate about social media and content creation. They have hands-on experience with all major platforms, photo and video editing apps, and are skilled at capturing engaging content with a mobile phone. They understand the Gen Z male mindset, keeping up with the latest social trends and adapting quickly to new tools. With strong communication skills, they can embody the brand's voice and engage authentically with online communities. They're strategic, proactive, and thrive in managing multiple projects, with a passion for men's grooming, sustainability, and an active-outdoor lifestyle.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
