Lucy Sears

Lucy Sears has a wealth of experience in the business world. Lucy began their career in 2010 as a Department Administrator for Christie's. In 2013, they took on the role of Store Manager for Burro Goods. After four years in this role, they became a Regional Operations Manager for the same company. In 2019, they moved to Everlane as an Operations Manager. In 2021, they joined Magnet Companies as an Executive Assistant to the Co-founders. Currently, they are an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Every Man Jack.

Lucy Sears obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2006 and 2010.
