Lauren Johnson

Lauren Johnson, M.Ed., PHR, currently serves as a Senior People Operations Generalist at Everyday Speech since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren was an Event Manager and Operations Assistant at CVNL Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership, skillfully managing multiple events and administrative processes. Previous experience includes a position as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Rincon Valley USD, where classroom engagement and curriculum implementation were prioritized, and roles in program coordination and facilitation at Exploring New Horizons and Girls Inc., respectively. Lauren began a career supporting community initiatives as a Floor Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Isla Vista Food Co-op. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
