Karen Cheng

Customer Success Director, APAC at EveryMundo

Karen Cheng has had a varied and successful career in digital marketing. Karen began their career in 2006 as a Business Manager at Yahoo! Search Marketing. Karen then moved to Universal McCann in 2008 as a Regional Search Manager APAC. In 2010, they joined Adobe as a Business Consultant, Digital Marketing Suite. During their time at Adobe, they provided SEM consultancy to clients in APAC, mainly Australia and China, conducted training and drove adoption of Adobe's SearchCenter and Analytics, and advised clients on search strategy and identified areas of improvement. In 2016, they joined Vpon Big Data Group as a Regional Account Director and Director of Campaign Optimization. Most recently, they have been working at EveryMundo since 2017, in roles such as Customer Success Director, APAC, Customer Success Senior Manager, APAC Lead, and Customer Performance Partner.

Karen Cheng obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Journalism & Communications from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, in September 2021, they obtained a certification in Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback from LinkedIn.
