Xiaoxu (Claire) Chen

Xiaoxu (Claire) Chen has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, they were an Airport Operations Intern at Tacheng Airport. In 2015, they were a Graduate Assistant to Dr. Zhao at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2016, they were an Assistant Key Account Manager Internship and Assistant Key Account Manager at Lufthansa Cargo AG, as well as a Research Assistant to Dr. Bazargan at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2017, they were Head of Product Quality Tracking & Analysis and Head of Product Support at EveryMundo. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as regular check-ins and reporting to Product Leads, leading Product Quality Committees, leading bug post-mortems, scheduling resources and overseeing customer requests, building and improving reporting, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating and participating in regular meetings, conducting market and/or internal reviews, and coordinating ad-hoc strategic projects.

Xiaoxu (Claire) Chen obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2015. Xiaoxu (Claire) then attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for a Master's Degree in Business Administration - MBA/MBAA, which they completed in 2017. During their time at Embry-Riddle, they also participated in an Exchange International Student program in Business Administration and Management, General from 2014-2015. In 2019, Chen obtained a Google Analytics Certificate from Google and a Sumo Logic Certification from SUMOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
