Melissa Muñoz

Melissa Muñoz has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Implementation Project Manager for Everyware®. From 2017-2021, they worked at Apiture, first as a Manager of Online Banking Project Managers and then as an Implementation Success Manager. From 2011-2017, Melissa worked at First Data Corporation as a Senior Implementation Analyst and an Implementation Analyst. In 2009, they were a Special Project Coordinator for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Central, Coastal, Southwest Texas and the Permian Basin. In 2008, they were an Indirect Sales Representative - Best Buy Mobile for Verizon Wireless. In 2007, they were a Distance Education Advisor/ Director of Promotions - Student Aide for the NMSU Office of Study Abroad. Finally, from 1999-2007, Melissa worked as a Product Specialist for Best Buy.

Melissa Muñoz attended J.M. Hanks High School in El Paso, TX from 1996 to 2000, where they earned their High School Diploma. Melissa then attended New Mexico State University from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a Major in Business Marketing and a Minor in Advertising, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a Major in English Literature and a Minor in Creative Writing. During their time at New Mexico State University, they also attended Edinburgh Napier University in 2004 and 2005 as part of an International Study Abroad Program.
