Peter Schroeter

Peter Schroeter is a Senior Software Engineer at Evidation Health since September 2021, with prior experience as a Staff Software Engineer at Flexera, where Peter served as the architecture owner and technical lead for Flexera Policies, focusing on cost savings, compliance, and security recommendations for public cloud offerings. Peter previously worked at RightScale for seven years, contributing as a Senior Software Engineer on the development of Go microservices for the Flexera Policies product after starting as a developer on the original RightScale Policies. Before entering the software industry, Peter was a professional poker player and also worked as a Database Admin and Software Developer at NCEAS, where the primary focus was on developing the Paleobiology Database. Peter holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
