Susan Bacheller

Susan Bacheller has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies. Susan is currently working as the Senior Director of Research and Program Management at Evidation since 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at IQVIA from 2016 to 2022, including Director and Global Program Lead, where they focused on strategic alliance development, team management, and innovative solutions for clinical trials. Susan also served as the Executive Director of Product Offering Development, where they built a genomics offering team and developed sales enablement materials.

Before joining IQVIA, Susan worked as the Principal at The Tori Group, LLC in 2015. From 2007 to 2015, they had multiple roles at Blue Shield of California, including Director of HIT Customer Success, Senior Manager of ACO Technology & Program Strategy, Senior Manager of Product Implementation, and Senior Manager of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw the deployment of technology solutions, managed specialty product compliance and implementation, and led the provider component of a legacy system replacement project.

Starting their career at MHN in 1994, Susan held the position of Manager, where they developed and executed national training programs for behavioral health providers and negotiated managed care contracts. Before that, they worked at GE Healthcare as a National Operations Manager and Project Manager, leading strategic accounts and surpassing revenue targets.

Susan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in research and program management, technology-enabled solutions, product development, strategic alliances, and team leadership.

Susan Bacheller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from San Francisco State University, which was obtained in 1993. Prior to that, they studied Theatre at Tisch School of the Arts at New York University from 1987 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Susan has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Biomedical (Biomed) Comprehensive and Good Clinical Practice from the CITI Program in 2023 and 2022 respectively, a Product Marketer certificate from Pragmatic Institute in 2016, and various courses from the Employee Benefits Institute of America Inc. and Project Solutions formerly Oak Associates in 2004 and 1999 respectively.
