Milena Klissarska

Milena Klissarska has extensive work experience in human resources and recruitment. Milena currently works as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Eviden, focusing on the BeNeLux and Nordics regions. Prior to this, they held positions as the Recruitment Team Lead and Senior Strategic Recruiter at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S. Milena also served as the Head of People and Communications at KPMG Bulgaria, the Human Resources Manager at TMF Group, and the Recruitment Manager at Adecco Group and Nestle in Bulgaria. Additionally, Milena gained experience in human resources, marketing, and advertising at Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria and worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Globul. Milena began their career as an Executive Assistant at KPMG Bulgaria.

Milena Klissarska has a Master's degree in English Philology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they completed from 1992 to 1997. In 2003-2004, they specialized in Marketing and Business Management at the Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo. Milena also pursued an Associate degree in Human Resources at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development from 2008 to 2009. In 2012-2013, they took a Certification course in Outplacement at LHH. In 2014, they completed the ITIL Foundation, v3 course. Additionally, in 2023, Milena obtained the PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation in Project Management certification from PeopleCert. Milena also attended the First English Language School in Sofia from 1988 to 1992.
