Piyush Agrawal has a strong background in IT and telecommunications. Piyush served as a Project Lead at Eviden, where they led a team in maintaining and supporting multiple PCF platforms. Piyush orchestrated automated deployments and upgrades, reducing deployment time by 30%. Piyush also collaborated closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application failures, resulting in a 25% decrease in downtime incidents. Prior to Eviden, Piyush worked as an Application Support Engineer at Mahindra Comviva, monitoring and troubleshooting USSD servers on Linux platforms. Piyush started their career as an Intelligent Networks Engineer at Nokia, where they gained proficient knowledge in the Intelligent Network domain and had working knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms.

Piyush Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended K.R.Kotkar Junior College from 2009 to 2011 for their Higher Secondary School (12th) education. Piyush completed their 10th grade at A.B.
