Sreeram Radhakrishnan

Sreeram Radhakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sreeram started their career as a Retail Management Trainee at Foodworld Supermarkets, where they gained experience in merchandising, recruitment, and induction. Sreeram then worked as a Staffing Specialist at Technosoft, focusing on networking and headhunting for North American clients. At Satyam, they held various roles, including Senior Manager and Head of HR for the Manufacturing Business, where they managed HR teams and played a key role in scaling SAP delivery. Sreeram also served as the Head of HR for Atos SYNTEL Private Ltd, overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and shared services. Later, they became the VP of HR for Global Operations at Atos, leading strategic human capital initiatives, M&A integration, and developing executive relationships. Most recently, Sreeram joined Eviden as the VP and Global Head of HR for Eviden Cloud and Eviden Digital. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in HR leadership, talent acquisition, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Sreeram Radhakrishnan completed their Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2023, focusing on VALUE for Executive Leaders - Vision and Leadership Unfolding Excellence. Prior to that, they pursued a Leadership Development Program at HEC Paris from 2020 to 2021. In 1999, they obtained an MBA in Human Resources from PSG College of Technology, and in 1994, they received a CT & HM degree in Hotel Management from SNR & Sons College.
