Anastasia Tsougka has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Anastasia is currently working as a Project Officer in the Climate & Energy Department at ECOS. Prior to this, they held the position of Communications Manager, L&D Project Manager, and Research Analyst at Evidencity.

Anastasia Tsougka has a diverse education history. Anastasia completed their Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam in 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in Southeastern European Studies from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, Anastasia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the same university.

In terms of additional certifications, Anastasia has acquired various specialized knowledge and skills. Anastasia completed EU Powers and Policies training offered by the European Parliament in June 2022. In May 2022, they also obtained certifications in EU law for non-lawyers and Environmental Law and the European Green Deal, both from the European Parliament. Anastasia's other certifications include a seminar on Reporting on Sustainable Development Goals & Migration from the Thomson Reuters Foundation in November 2017, a Project Management summer school on social entrepreneurship from the Balkans, let's get up! Organisation in July 2016, and a certification in "Fiscal Package & covering the Eurogroup and ECOFIN meetings" from the European Journalism Centre (EJC) in November 2013.
