Head of Customer Success at Evidos

Mariëlle Visser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mariëlle started their career in 2012 as a Server at VOF De Pizzabakkers Haarlem and worked there until 2015. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Junior Sales Marketing at Kookschool Keizer Culinair before transitioning to become a Vestigingsmanager at the same company in 2015. Later in 2015, they joined Ziggo as a Junior Order Support. In 2016, Mariëlle worked at Tele2 Nederland as a Customer Service Executive and also as a Contractmanager bij contract-/pricingmanagement. Since 2016, they have been working at Evidos, initially as a Product Specialist before being promoted to Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Evidos, starting in November 2021.

Mariëlle Visser completed their high school education at Coornhert from 2002 to 2008, focusing on Culture and Society. Mariëlle then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Dramaturgie/Theater/Theatre studies at the University of Amsterdam from 2008 to 2014. In October 2014, Mariëlle obtained a certification in BA Theaterwetenschappen from the same institution.
