Ben Brooks

Ben Brooks has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ben started their career at Fast Tracking Solutions (FTS) as a Business Management Consultant, specializing in Home Building, Tech, and Accounting/Finance sectors. Ben was later promoted to Division Manager, responsible for generating new business and leading sourcing efforts for existing clients.

Ben then joined Andersen, where they initially worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, managing the full-cycle talent strategy in Chicago. Ben later became a Global Talent Capital Partner, overseeing talent strategy and acquisition planning for multiple offices across the US.

Currently, Ben is working at Evil Geniuses as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they operate autonomously day-to-day, working closely with finance to streamline operational and overall business performance within an undefined industry. Previously, they served as the Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy, focusing on talent strategy, corporate development, and emerging opportunities.

Throughout their work experience, Ben has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on streamlining processes to improve the employee experience and drive business success.

Ben Brooks completed their education at Mercyhurst University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Walker School of Business. Their field of study was Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their formal education, Ben Brooks also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Coaching for Results" and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" in May 2020, and "Managing Stress for Positive Change" and "Managing in Difficult Times" in October 2019.
