Kiona Padilla

Kiona Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2009, they started as a Program Assistant for Event Management at Cal Intramural Sports. Kiona then co-founded and managed the Program Operations of the Berkeley High School Football Tutoring Program in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked for Citizen Schools as a Teaching Fellow and later as the Civic Engagement Lead. In 2013, they joined Sidecar Technologies as an Operations Specialist for a brief period before moving on to Rentlytics, where they held multiple roles from 2013 to 2019, including Office Manager, Manager of Customer Operations, and Senior Manager of Customer Operations. In 2019, they worked in the Travel industry before becoming the Director of Operations at Evisort in 2020.

Kiona Padilla attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. in Political Science and Education.
