Andrii Humenchuk

Andrii Humenchuk is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at EVO since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andrii held the position of Head of Legal at SocialTech from November 2018 to July 2021 and was a member of the Board of the Employment Law Committee at the Ukrainian Bar Association from March 2018 to March 2020. Andrii began a legal career as an Associate at Avellum, focusing on Competition, Corporate/M&A, and Employment practices from August 2014 to October 2018, and also gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Asters from March 2012 to July 2014. Andrii's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Law, a Specialist of Laws, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy," as well as foundational education in languages at Lviv Linguistics Gymnasium.
