David Rae

David Rae's work experience begins in 1992 as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young. David then worked as an Associate at Arbuthnot Securities and later as an Associate Director at Panmure Gordon & Co. David joined Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance Limited as a Director before becoming a Non-Executive Director at Pixels. David then served as the CFO & COO for Innasol Group and STC Energy Management. David also worked as a Director at Insight Advisory and as an Advisor at Location Sciences. Most recently, they have held the roles of Advisor and CFO & COO at Evo. David has a diverse background with experience in finance, corporate finance, consultancy, and advisory roles.

David Rae completed their Chartered Accountancy Exams from ICAEW between 1996 and 1999. Before that, they pursued a degree in Information systems & management studies from the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1996, earning a First-Class Honors.
