Francesca Bacci

Francesca Bacci has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francesca started their career in 2018 as a Representative at AVIS - Associazione Volontari Italiani del Sangue, where they worked for seven months. In 2020, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Desk Administrator for a period of eight months. Following this, they worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners from March 2021 to January 2023, initially as an Assistant in Distributors and later as a Senior Assistant in Distributors Netting. Most recently, they joined Evo in January 2023, where they held the position of Lead Generation Specialist until May 2023. Francesca is currently working at Evo as a Junior Admin and People Manager.

Francesca Bacci pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation from the Università per Stranieri di Siena from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they participated in the Erasmus+ program at the University of Patras, focusing on Social Sciences. In 2020, Francesca attended the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia as part of an International Student Exchange Program, studying Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2021 to pursue a degree in International Relations with a specialization in European studies, which they are expected to complete by 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Francesca has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the Excel Essential Training from NASBA. Francesca further expanded their knowledge by completing the Inbound Sales and Inbound Marketing certifications from the HubSpot Academy in February 2023.
