Veronique Voyer has extensive experience in customer experience management, having held various leadership positions in the field. Currently, Veronique serves as Directrice Expérience Client at Cafection/Evoca Group since September 2019, overseeing internal sales, after-sales service, and marketing. Prior to this role, Veronique worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. for over six years as Directrice nationale Customer Care and Directrice service après-vente. Veronique also contributed to customer service operations at Texel, Novik, and Maibec Inc. earlier in their career. Veronique holds a Baccalauréat in Marketing et ressources humaines from Université Laval, completed between 1995 and 1999.
