Lauren Heim

Lauren Heim has extensive work experience in the field of strategy and copywriting. Lauren currently holds the position of VP, CX Strategy at Evoke. Prior to this, they worked as a Director, CX Strategy at EVERSANA INTOUCH and as an Associate Director, CX Strategy at the same company. Before joining EVERSANA INTOUCH, Lauren served as an Associate Director, Strategy at Benchworks. Lauren also worked at Cognizant as a Digital Strategist and a Content Strategist. Earlier in their career, Lauren held roles such as Senior Copywriter at VIVO Agency, Copywriter at Discovery USA, Copywriter at Netplus, and Digital Copywriter at AMP Agency.
