Kelsey Reed Armbruster

Kelsey Reed Armbruster is an experienced yoga teacher currently associated with multiple organizations including Element Yoga, Mutation Brewing Company, Evolation Yoga, and The Lovett School, all since 2022, and has been a yoga teacher at Innercise Yoga, LLC since 2012, which Kelsey founded. Kelsey has also held positions as a studio manager at Mysore Yoga Atlanta and a customer service specialist at REI. Kelsey holds a degree in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina Asheville and an Associates in Arts in Psychology from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
