Siva Nagarajan

Siva Nagarajan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Product Head (Principal Engineer) at evoleap since October 2023, Siva oversees delivery, roadmap, strategy, technical design, and architecture for the elm product. Previous roles include Engineering Group Lead at HubSpot, Engineering Leader in Auth Management at Equifax, where Siva managed three software engineering teams and contributed as an architect, and Principal Software Engineer at IHS Markit, where Siva led large-scale projects and developed innovative solutions that significantly enhanced team performance and reduced development time. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston, Siva has a robust technical foundation complemented by leadership capabilities demonstrated throughout a progressive career spanning over a decade.
