Mark Mannion

Mark Mannion currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and M&A at Evolent, a position held since August 2023. Prior to Evolent, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Archaea Energy from March 2022 to September 2023 and held leadership roles including Division Chief Financial Officer and AVP of Strategy at Paradigm between June 2018 and April 2022. Mark's experience also includes strategic program management as Senior Director at Aetna, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing major initiatives and merger integration activities. Earlier in the career, Mark spent nearly a decade at Alvarez & Marsal as Director, focusing on turnaround strategies for distressed clients. Mark's foundational experience includes serving as an Assistant Varsity Rowing Coach at Yale University. Mark holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in History from Yale University.
