Roopa Bhatt is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as Lead Product Design at Evolent Health since June 2021. Previously, Roopa worked as a UX Specialist at I Design Concept and held the position of Director - UI/UX Design at Elegance Lab Inc., where a broad range of projects in multiple domains was managed, alongside collaboration with clients from the USA and UK. Roopa's expertise encompasses requirement gathering, user journey research, stakeholder interviews, and user testing, alongside team management and mentoring. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Computer Science from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and a degree in Fashion Designing from IITC. Certifications include HFI-CUA™, CDPA, and proficiency in Service Design Thinking.
