Kirsty Watson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and operational management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at Evolution Funding Ltd since September 2019, Kirsty previously held significant roles at Telefónica, including Head of Problem and Risk and Head of Internal Service Operations at O2, where responsibility encompassed supporting 12,000 internal employees. Kirsty also contributed to Royal Mail as Infrastructure Management Lead, overseeing intranet renewal projects, and as Senior System Manager, managing the Strategic Decision Support System and delivering SAP training. Kirsty holds an MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews.
