Clarice Gordo

Clarice Gordo has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management, currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Evolution Hospitality since August 2013. In this role, Gordo acts as a strategic corporate business partner, providing leadership and guidance to hotel teams to achieve business objectives. Prior to this position, Gordo held the role of Regional Director of Team Resources at MJS Hotels and has a strong background in team development, culture, and training from previous roles at Ardent Hotel Advisors and Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., where Gordo excelled in both HR and operational capacities. Gordo began a career in the hospitality industry with various positions at Sunstone Hotel Investors, including Front Office Manager and Controller, and holds a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University.
